If the entire team other than Bradley Beal is vaccinated, and they believe that the vaccine protects them from the Coronavirus, what’s their business if Bradley Beal refuses to be vaccinated?

Note that in the NBA, all coaches on the bench must be vaccinated, and so are the referees. But any of the opposing players might not be, along with the fans. If you truly believe, as a vaccinated person, you need to remain away from all unvaccinated people, stay in the locker room.

That still does not answer the question — WHY DO YOU NEED TO REMAIN AWAY? Isn’t the purpose of the vaccine to protect you against infection? If not, what’s the point of the vaccine? ( unless it isn’t really a vaccine ).
