Beastly Covid diagnosis last week which kept getting worse. In spite of getting monoclonal antibodies in the ER, it continued to worsen. (I am suspicious of what might have been in the vials.)
Three days with high temps, dizziness, chills, headache, nausea, hard breathing. I figured I’d be meeting my Fiona at Rainbow Bridge, and I was OK with that.
Then Monday morning I took 5 Ivermectin (3mg ea). About 14 hours later I noticed that I didn’t feel as bad and wondered if I was imagining that. By bedtime I knew it was real. Just a LITTLE better, but better.
This morning, 5 more pills and improvement continues with most issues. The remaining chest-breathing thing is still there, but not as bad. I will go for a checkup for that and hope that can be reversed in time.

Husband’s is better but not 100%. Lingering overall ick but so far lungs are good.
He spoke with his PCP today who said some have lingered for three months before being clear.

NAC has been on the outs forever — it is not a reasonable pulmonary treatment. HCQ is clearly demonstrated to do nothing. Ivermectin is weakly able to treat, but many people progress on ivermectin.
However, monoclonals stop the disease in its tracks — and should be administered early. This is the best option.
