His argument is shaky. He believes the Bundy Ranch stand-off was successful because it was spontaneous, decentralized, and limited to specific goals.

The Deep State is centralized, persistent, and acting to implement a sea of nefarious goals. The American Revolution may have initially been conducted by small disjointed groups of rebels, but only succeeded because all those forces were joined into a well-run army.

The most success conservatives have had has been thru large nationwide orgs that focused on getting the right people in office passing good legislation. We won a lot of battles that way. We have lost the war so far, but random groups of "patriots" going toe-to-toe with the Feds over local issues is not a winning strategy.

We eventually won the Revolution because

- The Farmers and merchants who started the American Revolution were battle-hardened soldiers by 1781. 5-6 years of battle against the best army in the world will do that.

-Intervention of the French. Their Army may or may not have accomplished much during the American Revolution, but their navy whipped the British which led to the British surrender at Yorktown.

- The British people were tired of the war. Much like America at the end of Vietnam and Afghanistan, the British people didn't have any more stomach for holding onto the American Colonies.

If CW II does erupt, it won't be like the first Civil War..it'll be more like the Spanish Civil War.
