A person accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty. Usually, flight to escape prosecution can be used as evidence of guilt. I don’t know if that works in this case if the guy doesn’t own a house, and since he has a previous history of living in the wild. In this case it may not have been flight, especially if it was done before an arrest warrant was signed.
Some cop out West responded to a call about these two, but he categorized it as a mental health problem, not physical abuse. As tragic as Gabby’s death is, I could see self-defense raised, i.e., she got mad about something, grabbed his gun and threatened him with it, but it would be difficult to prove. With all of the publicity, I wouldn’t want to rely on proving self-defense. We really don’t know enough about this guy yet, or what happened between the two of them.
There’s a warrant for arrest and a $20,000 bounty.
That’s Dog’s wheelhouse.
Guilt/Innocence like you said who knows?
I’m not prejudging.
Do we even know if Gabbie or Laundrie even owned a gun?
By what known data are you inferring Brian owned or had a gun? Has an autop confirmed death by gunshot to Gabby?
