It is interesting that COVID has proven to be much less of a disaster in poor countries with limited health care resources like the kind of place where the individual pictured may be from than in some other places. Curiously some of those countries have relatively high proportions of the population taking hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin, and lower numbers of people with serious obesity.
