I spent almost a year at Pullman, WSU before I xfrd to Stanford. Before I left, I normally talked to the local cops and asked them who causes the biggest trouble here, they always tell me a “certain small demographic”.

Historically, Pasco was was considered the lesser of the Tri Cities due to the black population. Not so much anymore.
