I understand that "Writ of Quo Warranto" is a legal process for removing people from office if election fraud can be proved. Process takes a long time partly because the crook that fraudulently won election must first take oath of office in order to proceed with quo warranto.

Mike Lindell has become lawless in his obsession about making things right. IMO, he would be smarter in putting his money behind ensuring a clean up of states where he is able to get results.

People wouldn’t tolerate a wrongfully elected President staying in office, once it was known he had lost the election.
100% of the population of America could demand that Bidon be replaced by Trump. Show me the legal mechanism to where Congress appoints the President. America is not a third world country where its leaders can be replaced because it’s Tuesday.

You are getting hung up on mechanisms.
The Constitution gives state legislatures authority over presidential elections - not state executive branches.
All of the executive branch “mechanisms” relating to the electoral college carried out by executive branch officials, including the secretaries of states and election commission officials, are unconstitutional if not authorized by the state legislatures.
None of the ceremonies, including the January 6 acceptance of certification and the January 20th swearing in - are specified in the Constitution.
If enough state legislatures asserted their Constitutional authority and decertified their states electors, the Biden/Harris administration would be crippled to the extent Richard Nixon’s was - a hundred-fold.
They would have no choice but to resign.
