Doing a study based on patient records, cause of death is bogus. Covid diagnoses are suspect given the fact that there were almost no cases of influenza in the 20/21 flu season.
The same thing happened earlier when the CDC miscoded all fentanyl deaths as prescription fentanyl deaths. The fact was that most fentanyl deaths were from illicit fentanyl. The idea was to blame all opioid deaths on prescription opioids. In fact, although CDC did admit the error, they have never corrected the numbers.
Are they doing any autopsies? Any blood work?
