I live in El Paso. After living all over the world, we settled here, next to Fort Bliss, 25 years ago. I was born in NYC and my husband was born in NJ. The Border Patrol was always one of those organizations that little boys and some little girls looked upon with admiration. Like the police department, the kids grew up thinking maybe they would join one day. Agents and officers live in our neighborhoods. They’re people. When duty calls, they get it done, no matter what it takes, unless government has a foot on their necks. I’m not of Hispanic origin as most are in El Paso. Most members of Border Patrol are. When Biden attacked one, he attacked all. He attacked me as well. We depend on them. I was angry when “Open Borders” advocate, Representative Veronica Escobar, didn’t pounce on Biden and Kamala Harris. I was furious that “Open Borders-Take a Knee” sympathizer Beto O’Rourke stepped up his game to run for Texas Governor. Every form of Law Enforcement in America is under attack by Democrat politicians and LAWYERS! God forbid Border Patrol goes the way of police departments.
Would be funny if the agents zl, went out and bought actual bullwhips and posted a photo of them nest to reigns and say “most people can tell the difference, but apparently people with Nasty political agendas can’t “
