Cases Plunging! Down a third from just two weeks ago - Hospitalizations accelerating their decline further on this report - Consistent with Delta waves elsewhere after peaks - fast up and fast down. Halfway down, we might hit a plateau like the UK, or continue way down, like several other countries' Delta waves. (Probably no urgent need to overpay to stockpile toilet paper)
1,803 Daily Deaths - Still up near the highs of the Delta Wave, but seem to be levelling off - should follow the drop in case numbers soon.
Vaccinations Strong on today's report.
News Clippings:
CNN: Covid-19 vaccine boosters can begin for older, (or adult) higher-risk people in the US. Early Friday morning (24 Sep), US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky diverged from the agency's independent vaccine advisers to recommend boosters for a broader group of people -- those ages 18 to 64 who are at increased risk of Covid-19 because of their workplaces or institutional settings -- in addition to older adults, long-term care facility residents and some people with underlying health conditions. The CDC recommendation includes the recommendations made by its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices on Thursday, when it voted to recommend boosters for people age 65 and older and residents of long-term care facilities who received the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine series at least 6 months ago, and people ages 50 to 64 with underlying medical conditions. The CDC also endorsed the vaccine advisers' recommendation that people ages 18 to 49 with underlying medical conditions may receive a booster based on their individual benefits and risks. (Moderna and J&J will likely get authorized for boosters in coming weeks/months as well)(Th is only authorizes boosters for those who got Pfizer shots previously)).
Houston Chronicle: NY hospitals fear staff shortage as vaccine deadline looms (Monday, 27 Sep)... the prospect of potentially thousands of health care workers being forced off the job next week.
U.S. News & World Report: Mexico to Use Only Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine on At-Risk Kids.
Mic.com reports: Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb told CNN that unless another variant that evades immunity slithers out, then Delta was probably the final big spike. Although we’re probably going to see cases continue to rise in the coming months because of school re-openings and because this virus just adores the winter, it will probably be much less deadly than last year’s. That’s because 64% of all Americans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. Our most vulnerable populations have been vaxxed at even higher rates: 93.3% of people over 65 have received at least one shot.
WTOP News reports: Delta variant surge ebbing in DC area. D.C. hit a peak late last week in its seven-day average of case numbers. It has already seen around a 25% drop since then to an average of 196 cases a day as of Thursday. Meanwhile Virginia and Maryland numbers have remained steady for several weeks. Maryland hit an average of over 1,200 cases per day early this month and those cases have since fluctuated. The average case count was 1,214 on Thursday. Virginia peaked last Thursday with 3,662 cases per day but that number has decreased by about 6% since then. Hospitalizations due to COVID haven’t increased in over a week in Maryland and D.C. Virginia has only seen a slight uptick over the past week. (The DC Metro Vicinity is about 70% fully vaccinated, above the National average)
- Delta variant has become the predominant variant in Peru (Kicking Lambda's butt, on its home court)
In before the tears from those that found out India is canning Ivermectin use and going with a treatment Protocol similar to ours………
It’s a worldwide conspiracy to kill us all. Now even the Indians have fallen in line. At least Nigeria with its enlightened population and wise witch doctors isn’t compromised.
NOBODY has been vaccinated because there isn’t a vaccine. The definition was simply changed.
Thanks for posting this, Beau!
“India is canning Ivermectin use and going with a treatment Protocol similar to ours”
Probably due to research results.
India is the world’s second largest producer of Ph.D.s, after the good old USA.
why do continue to spread the lie about trump’s “operation warp speed” when you know it no longer exists???...
it’s a lie to continue calling this “president “trump’s operation warp speed”...
your eagerness to jump on the bandwagon of lies speaks volumes...
Still not house broken. Woof!
eventually you’ll learn...
give me shake... 😁...
A comparison of age adjusted all-cause mortality rates in England between vaccinated and unvaccinated
"The UK Government's own data does not support the claims made for vaccine effectiveness/safety." http://probabilityandlaw.blogspot.com/2021/09/all-cause-mortality-rates-in-england.html— Robert W Malone, MD (@RWMaloneMD) September 24, 2021
“why do continue”
There is no sense in answering you, if you won’t accept the answer.
Follow the money,,,,,,the Indians are trashing Ivermectin treatment because they do not get kickbacks from Big Pharma. Now using American protocol to treat Covid patients, Big Pharma will start paying off the Medical Staffs in India who use vaccines even if the causes of deaths are the common cold,
The patients will be recorded as Covid caused deaths.......Remember Cuomo in New York.
“A comparison of”
...Robert Malone’s sky-is-falling/Boogeyman-will-get-you, announcements that ADE is happening (months ago), with the events in the real world, show that he should be viewed only as a source of entertainment.
i keep asking because you continue to lie...
Robert never said that ADE is happening.
Conclusion:
Early treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 patients with antihistamines and azithromycin, and administration of antihistamines in asymptomatic and high risk patients, close contacts and relatives, had excellent outcomes in our population reducing fatality rate, hospital admissions and ICU admissions in this elderly population, regardless of patient's age and risk factors. This safe and inexpensive treatment protocol could have a crucial impact on morbidity and mortality rates of patients with COVID-19 and ease the burden of these patients on hospitals. Treatment should be started at the Primary Health Care level, as early as possible when the first symptoms appear. Antihistamines and azithromycin are drugs with extensive experience of use, good safety profile, good tolerance, low cost and wide availability, so this combined treatment regimen may respond to the global therapeutic needs for COVID-19 for all age groups. Clinical trials are necessary to determine its efficacy. As there are no commercial interests, they should be promoted by national health systems as a social responsibility.
Jeremy Chardy says he suffered a severe reaction after getting his Covid-19 vaccine: "I cannot practice, I cannot play. I started feeling a big pain on my entire body. I regret getting vaccinated" (Via RMC Sport)— Luigi Gatto (@gigicat7_) September 24, 2021
No vaccines needed.
