Means that anyone that recovered from covid can claim that as an exemption from the shot mandate.
Unless they are a fed worker, fed contractor, or work at a company with 100 + employees.

Apart from the fact that viruses don't have DNA, I'm pretty darn leery of introducing something in my body that introduces nonsense mutations and garbles DNA. How does it know only to do that to the coronavirus?
