Try to get the spit test.
If you have to have the nasal swab test but get to do it yourself then spit on it instead.
Nobody knows which tests are contaminated but if it doesn’t touch you it can’t hurt you.
Just don’t use a Papaya or sheep or Coca Cola, it might test positive...
