Vitamin k2 as menaquinone-7 is what you should take to make sure the calcium gets put in the right places in your body, and not in your soft tissues, arteries, etc. If you take vitamin d3, you need to take the K2 along with it.
Amazon is where I get mine, and it is combined in one very small round cap. 5,000 iu d2, and 100 mcg k2 as above.
Don’t forget to have your vitamin d levels tested when you get your bloodwork done. You want it to be over 50, or so I read, and some folks want to see it up around 80, but let your doc decide, if you trust him to keep up with the research.
