I’ve had to show picture ID and a credit card for a while, and not just in Colorado, to check into a hotel.

Thanks for the input. I am not current on transactional law, but hotels requiring ID seems rather odd. Why do that when you cane put an overhead camera at the front desk?

Exactly. They check personal ID and the type and makeup of the car you are driving.
