What is the taste of a Carolina Reaper aside from pain?
People who are pepper lovers rarely eat whole raw peppers. That is more for YouTube videos and contests. I dry Reapers and use the powder in my cooking. I make hot sauces, cowboy candy and Carolina Ketchup. However I get a terrible stomach ache even if I eat a raw Jalapeño.
