Personally, I believe the sensitive, up to secret brief case which he lost (actually stolen), was part of the effort to shut him down, which would be used repeatedly as a way to stop future investigations.
Hard not to believe someone on our side didn’t know what was in the case, and tracked and took it.
Would not surprise me if the attache was taken back to CIA, or maybe destroyed by CIA. The Clinton CIA were almost supportive of OBL, or maybe saw AQ as a tool to create totalitarian government.
The left continues today, to eradicate the good guys from all DOD, IC, and DOJ-FIB.
The left has an MO of using, or creating evil, to bring about more evil. It is what they do best.
