I was going to point you to the excellent "COVID Critical Care Protocol" by Dr. Paul Marik at the East Virginia Medical School. It's been my go-to for the prophylaxis protocol from the beginning. Alas, I just discovered a moment ago that Dr. Marik now seems to be persona non grata at EVMS and his MATH+ protocol has been deleted! It lasted about 18 months and has disappeared.

I found it on Reddit, but Reddit is throwing up a warning:

We've all observed the intentionally bad press given to "horse paste" and "horse dewormers" the past couple months, but it has gotten FAR worse it seems. The government is shutting down or threatening resources all over the internet.

You now have to go to "Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance" page to get the Prevention and Treatment Protocols for COVID-19 guidance. Surprisingly, Google Chrome doesn't block the site or throw up a big warning "for your safety."
