So... The state of washington is going to take people who travel to washington and are expososed or are diagnosed with covid into a "quarantine hotel". How could this go wrong?

So if your flight has a layover in Washington State and you are “exposed” to Covid, do you get a free stay at the quarantine hotel?

Come on, seriously? Why not just require that the drivers are vaccinated? Because it doesn't work? Then why require that anyone be vaccinated? Because you can?
