If the Laundrie news conference is in New York tomorrow, Occam’s says Brian is probably already in custody where he was hiding in NY, and the announcement will be that the family will fight extradition to Florida (no death penalty in New York), and will offer a string of bullshit to taint the jury pool in Florida, where he will eventually be tried, convicted, and sentenced to death for Murder with Aggravating Factors.

Interesting theory. There are multiple internet stories about a body found near Walmart in Tillman’s Corner AL. No details, no specific reason to think it is connected to BL at this point.

The murder would have occurred in Wyoming not Florida. Therefore, the extradition would be to Wyoming. Under US law, New York would be required to release to Wyoming if an extradition request were made by Wyoming. Wyoming does have the death penalty, but doesn't use it much.
