A couple days ago, Officer Josh from NPPD was ranting and blaming “keyboarders”. Slap down on Officer Josh who needs to be fired along the the rest of them. It was those keyboarders on social media who directed LE to Gabby’s body, showed their relationship and characters, and tracked their movements.
The police were too busy hanging at the donut shop to do a scintilla of the work finding her. Heck, they couldn’t be bothered keeping an eye on the bf.
This morning, there was a warrant to search the property. The parents were placed outside in a police vehicle during the search of house and backyard storage shed. A short time later, the parents were allowed back in the house.
That said, they really botched this one.
The murder would have occurred in Wyoming not Florida. Therefore, the extradition would be to Wyoming. Under US law, New York would be required to release to Wyoming if an extradition request were made by Wyoming. Wyoming does have the death penalty, but doesn't use it much.

If the murder occurred on Federal land, in this case, a National Park, would the state of Wyoming prosecute the case, or would it be the US Attorney in Wyoming?
Great question. The US attorney in Wyoming would have jurisdiction if it's found the crime occurred on US-owned land.
Don’t knock Waffle House. It is a good restaurant with an open kitchen. The cooks and waitresses who work at the Waffle House I visit are cheerful and hard working. The food is good and hot off the grill.
Or an American Indian female. I forget the stats, but it is amazing on how many go missing and never really looked for. Some/much of it is lack of cooperation between the rez police and county/state police.
There is an Indian woman that has made it her job to search for some of these missing women. Finding clues, organizing searches, etc.

Yeah, I’ve heard about that, lots of lonely land in the big western reservations too. I can’t recall one of these viral missing girl type cases that didn’t have some type of good looks to them. It is what it is I guess.
