The arguing continued, she demanded to be put out - and he did. In the middle of nowhere.
He’s really steamed, and even if he calmed down and went back an hour later, finding the spot and her is impossible. So he gave up, freaked out and came home. Now, he’s on the run.
Only problem with that theory is, why didn’t she stay by the road and find help?
If the vids from the couple who saw the van are accurate “help” may not have come for a looong time. She was probably so ticked off she had no idea where she was and how much trouble she was really in. IF he didn’t just kill her outright.
