This is not well thought-out.

You could have zero antibodies for any particular disease and still have good immunity. The presence and or quantity of antibodies is not the determinant.

The memory cells of a body that have been sensitized to a disease and immediately will begin to produce antibodies if there is an infection with that disease is the mechanism of immune response. The antibodies will not be there until they are produced.

Cells in the body are dying and being replaced and this is true of antibodies as well. If the antibodies that you formed to defend against every infection you ever encounter in your life hung around throughout your life they would fill all of your blood vessels and there would be no room for blood.
