I read someplace that the lawyer is a family friend and isn’t a criminal lawyer. Statements like that are what you get for free.

What a hollow statement. What were they looking to accomplish by making it?
Gabby did live in the Laundrie home for the last one year so I guess they felt the need to acknowledge her death. Never mind they have showed zero concern at all after their son returned home alone in her car with no explanation on Gabby's whereabouts.
