Good for you. You’ll hopefully use way more niacin than melatonin. I’ve gone through 100g niacin and about 2/3 of the 25g bag of melatonin.

Am having the least reaction so far tonight (day 4, doing just 1x a day) - little bit of tingle on ears and forearms, but skin is not warm to the touch. Went to higher ratio than I’d have thought, though. 200-600. With much lower amounts a few days ago, I flushed a lot and got very drowsy afterward (and slept 10 hours the first night). Then adjusted to gradually less flush and drowsiness, so things are stabilizing. Yay!
