Deep Purple covered Hush in the first place. It was written by American composer and musician Joe South, for recording artist Billy Joe Royal.

Slick cover of Hush that I never heard before. Recorded in 1997 by Kula Shaker. Lead song in the soundtrack to the movie I Know What You Did Last Summer.
