Forget either of them they are tourists traps. Locals know the best Philly to be had is Maxs Steaks up by the University on the north side. Bring cash it’s cash only and if you white don’t go after dark. Real Philadelphians eat roast pork not cheese steaks and the best of those is at Johns Roast Pork down south by the docks been there since the 1930s and has a James beard award in it cap.
