I really can't see economically how the big three cruise lines; CARNIVAL-ROYAL CARIBBEAN - NOREGIAN , can get any economic stability for several more years; if they continue to operate hospital ship type cruises.
IMHO they will have to downsize; as all the upbeat and happy talk won't pay off their existing indebtedness. -Tom
IMHO they need to tell the VILE, INCOMPETENT CDC to STUFF IT!
e Caribbean islands at Level 4 now include: Aruba, the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Puerto Rico, St. Barts, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin/Sint Maarten and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Maybe someone should alert the CDC perhaps they should alert the pissident that we are letting in, untested and unvaccinated, aliens from places like mexico and Haiti. Seems to me to be a contradiction in what we do. Also, US Virgin Island, gee, I thought that was a US territory. Does that mean the CDC can tell someone from Florida, do not go to Vermont due to their recent surge too??
I was in Aruba last month (had a fabulous time)
Islands must not be jabbing enough Pfizer, their tourism is being punished.
Are we starting to see a bunch of fall and winter cancellations of cruises and trips. I just got notice that a business convention for the end of October in San Antonio was canceled and made into a virtual meeting.
Dammit, there goes my Hatian vacation. 🙄
According to the CDC, China is level one restriction!
