Sorry, I don’t read Hebrew so wouldn’t know how or where to find the numbers of people in each column’s groups as those counts change over time. Until you (or someone) presents the data in the form “per 100,000”, no meaningful comparisons can be made and no valid conclusions drawn.
Click the download symbol at the top on the left side. Open the excel file and do what you want with the data.
