The video below is from Sunday morning for Cpl. Humberto Sanchez, 1 of the 13 marines from Aug. 26th. I never met him and I’m sure the same for the tens of thousands who showed up to honor him and his loved ones. He left behind a wife and newborn baby.
So proud of the town, Logansport IN is less than 15k, yet there were approximately 10k motorcyclists alone in the funeral procession. People lined the streets in every town they passed thru after a brief ceremony at Grissom Reserve AFB where his body was received at 10:30am.
They also had 4 A-10 Warthogs iirc flying in pairs and in the missing man formation in his honor. Feeling so many mixed emotions but mostly grief and sympathy for all who have lost loved ones during these trying times.
The video you posted was very moving (as I wipe the tears from my eyes).
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your kind warm response. Even before I got there I felt it was going to be overwhelming and moving, but much more so than anything I envisioned.
Thank you. These are sad times for God fearing Americans.
For the record, I enjoy the Q threads and activity participate when possible. The people I follow there are quite intelligent and rational. The best part of the Q threads is the optimism. I would much rather be infected with optimism than pessimism.
