HARDCORE! This old girl has one! And a pleasant smile.
And I used to think catching the 6 AM train was early?

What a blessing to be able to work until 101 - and to do so with your own children!

Work ethic on steroids! Retirement is BS in my opinion. Of course, only if you love what you do. Work is what’s keeping her going. Forced retirement kills.

I love this story! Good for her. You retire... you die. Simple as that.

Bet she didn’t get the clot shot

Yep, what a nice story. And to think her son is 78, he’s a senior citizen himself. Wow.

Dear Hollywood,
You are always soiling your Huggies desperately trying to put, “Strong, independent women,” in your movies?
Make a factual, accurate movie about this lady.
Go ahead.
I dare ya.

I know nothing about lobstering - is it a daily job? Seasonal? Are you putting down and pulling up pots in the middle of January as well as middle of August?

Awhile back I read a true story about a police incident. A 75 year-old man was standing all by himself on a street corner. He was standing there for at least an hour. A concerned citizen thought the man might be lost, and called the police.
Cop: “Can I help you, sir?”
Old man: “No. I’m just waiting for my mother to pick me up.”
Cop (to himself): The poor old fellow must have dementia.
Just then the man’s 92 year-old mother pulled up.
