Mostly animal, vegetable, and fruit.
Veggies are:

2. Lettuce with Bell Peppers
3. String Beans
Fruit:
1. Berries
2. Bananas
3. Mango
I’m trying to lean out while maintaining strength and speed.
I don’t pretend that what I do is necessary for health reasons, but for performance reasons.
