If they have not fired her for cause, then she would be entitled to unemployment benefits. Essentially she has been removed from the schedule but still on the books. It would appear to qualify as a conditional furlough.

Maybe best to avoid hospital. Remdesivir increases death rate and this is preferred Rx. Ivermectin not allowed. Low threshold for ventilators. If you are unvaccinated and have Covid symptoms, they will put you on a deadly regimen to pump up unvaccinated covid death numbers. Good luck seeing loved ones.
Early aggressive treatment, Ivermectin, inhaled steroids, hi level D3, home oxygen if necessary seems to be better.

No need for charges. She can go on unemployment checks. I heard those are pretty generous these days. May be not as high as her nurse’s paychecks, but she will not be starving.

I draw the line with mandates from government such as Obamacare health insurance standards. But I believe in free enterprise and any private corporation must be allowed to make their rules. Forcing some rules down the throats of private corporations they don’t like, is worse than government mandates. Private corporations can go bankrupt if they make stupid decisions. Government can print money.
I’m livid right now. My neighbor and his entire family came down with Covid. None were offered any treatment including monoclonals early on. The oldest two would have qualified for (by age and risk factor). The father/grandfather (obese, early 60s) started having difficulty breathing so he went to the hospital. He complained of difficulty breathing even with high O2 so they vented him. He died within a few hours of being intubated, 2 days ago.
I am furious that this hospital and his doctors did not refer him for monoclonals at the very least. Don’t even get me started on ivermectin and other early therapeutics as well. It is criminal.
PRIVATE hospital is NOT government, like the Nazi Germany government. Government can enforce mandates with the power of police and military. A hospital has no such power.
You are conflating two distinct situations.
Amazing, so they are just throwing out the nurses who will not vaccinate to their own detriment. Which means someone else is going to have to work double shifts to make up for the lost nurses and others, which in turn will lead to burnout and that hospital having to curtail services because they don’t have the personnel to run the place. Great thinking.

Not really , they need the nurses, but will not use them because of their policies. Effectively they are being fired. She should just continue to show up till they fire her.

These mandates are not coming from the private sector, where people can then choose to migrate to others.
These mandates are coming from regulators and the government.
In the world, there are four unique spheres of sovereignty: Government, Family, Church and Individual, and one overarching sphere of authority that encompasses them all, God.
There is some overlap between the 4 lesser spheres, but none have the power to act outside of their sphere of authority.
Whether or not to take a vaccine falls within the family/individual sphere. Government has absolutely zero authority there.
No other person or entity has a right to interfere in that sphere either.

My immediate family of 7 ranging in age from 28 to 81 are all vaxxed from 5-6 months back, and knock on wood, no one is sick with covid. I will be boarding a cruise ship tomorrow, and they require fully vaccinated PLUS negative PCR covid test done inside of 48 hours before sail time. Crossing my fingers the test results will be negative.
