An angry woman assaulted and cursed out a Navy sailor at a Connecticut pizzeria, claiming he was wearing a fake uniform on Sept. 11, shocking video shows.
The clip, posted to TikTok, shows a woman smacking the face of Navy sailor Sean Nolte Jr. as he got food Saturday at Central Pizza in Berlin.
“This is disgusting,” the woman says as she picks up Nolte’s cover from a counter and throws it at him. “Disgusting! You f-cking piece of sh-t!”
Someone recording the confrontation then tells the woman to leave before cops are called, prompting her to demand that Nolte “show his uniform” while calling him a “disgrace” to the country.

I recall seeing it and thinking that, if you wore that and fell overboard, they would never find you. What would be the point of it? To blend in with the surface of the ocean?
I think the concept is asinine on naval vessel.
As for the subject at hand, this woman should have been arrested for assault. I give the guy kudos for not pummeling her.
Absolutely! I was going to post exactly the same thing.
SAT scores peaked in 1964. Started to decline in 1965 and have been in decline ever since.
I watched through the video. Maybe I missed something but I didn’t hear anything racist.
I’m in no way defending her or her actions.
About a year ago I ran into a black Navy Officer in Harvard, Massachusetts (about 40 west of Boston, and the University with the same name) at a Dunkin Donuts, in class A uniform. This is about as far from any Navy installation as it is possible to get in eastern United States. I asked if I could pay for his order, and he consented. I asked what he was doing “out here”? He was going to a funeral detail in Connecticut. I thanked him for his service. Not nearly as dramatic.
“I assume she did not recognize the Navy Working Uniform. I’m not a fan of it, but it is official.”
It beats the hell out of the blue shirt and dungarees I wore 40 years ago.
This may be an unpopular opinion. I think the woman was being overzealous in calling out what she thought was a case of stolen valor. Was the slap justified? I suppose that depends on how strongly you feel about stolen valor. But I think that if this took place before the internet and smart phones, the sailor would have gone back to his barracks and told his roommates “hey guys, you won’t believe what just happened - some crazy woman just said I was a fake and slapped me in the face!” And then they’d probably have a good laugh about it, maybe he’d earn a new nickname, and everyone would just move on with their lives. Now stuff like this is making headlines and that woman’s life is going to be made very difficult.
Go to YouTube and type in “Stolen Valor Mistake” - you’ll see a lot of this, including cops who should know better.
Good!

Couple days ago I was stopped at a red light and decided to make a phone call to a family member. Guy in the lane next to me thinks I am texting and driving. He started going bananas and dropping F bombs, etc., on me while I sat there in disbelief. Sometimes you just have to shake your head. There are A LOT of morons out there. Sometimes they act inappropriately.
I am tired of so many military wives who think they are entitled because their husbands serve. You did not earn your husbands rank, you did not go to boot camp or OCS so truthfully you are not entitled to wear an EGA or some other crest. Until you actually deal on a daily basis with these wives you cannot imagine how SOME of them behave. They expect to be thanked for their service as a military wife, by someone other than their husband. I pissed one off one day when I told her the average law enforcement or firefighters wife deserves more respect than her. So this woman's behavior is not surprising.
Is that what the Army would call a fatigue uniform? IIRC it’s a light blue shirt with slacks of various colors. With all the carrier flight deck videos I’ve watched I should know.
I would have kicked her in the balls.
that woman’s life is going to be made very difficult......So what?
Give the soldier credit for not popping that old fool in her mouth. I don’t think I could have shown restraint
Her intentions were in the right place. She thought he was a fake. So what. It was a stupid mistake. If he was a fake we’d all be cheering her on for slapping him. No one knows how to handle anything at the lowest level anymore. Everyone just grabs their phone and starts recording the juicy content so they can post on social media and be internet famous for a day while they destroy a person’s reputation. It’s all very petty.
only took 100 years
You know a Sailor is on best behavior when ever other words isn’t a swear.
