I’ll say one thing for AOC, she learned the system faster than most. I am pretty sure she is only in her second two year term and already knows how to mingle with the rich & famous while sending a (meaningless) message to the common folk. That takes not only chutzpa but enough knowledge of the system to know how to play it.
Most Congress Critters take at least 3-4 terms before they figure it out.
She will be there a long long time, growing more powerful every term. Think Nancy Pelosi. Or maybe Maxine Waters.
Absolutely true! She has a dedicated ring in what is now a four-ring circus.
“The Squad” is nothing without her. They’re ugly and mean. She’s their queen.
I don’t look for any Republican to rise any higher than a glorified, self-indulgent circus barker. With few exceptions, they only yell and point. Even if they regain the majority, it will be up to the people to get anything done.
