I think it was socratese that said man could live on just one meal a day- (I’ve only ever eaten 2 meals- a brunch, and dinner- no snacks- I’ve stayed the same weight for all my adult life- only fluctuating about 15 lbs in either direction all these years- Even though i drank like 6-8 sodas a day- how I’m still alive i have no idea lol)
