I just lost 60 lbs in 5 months on Keto/Paleo/Med regime
Cut out all processed food and almost all carbs, no rice, flour, pasta, potatoes, etc. Never skip meals, portion control, 4 smaller meals, cut out snacks.
Lean meats, fish, shellfish, lots of veg, eggs, fruits, nuts, berries.
Never get hungry or cravings, lots of nonfat Greek yogurt
Works for me, a new member of the Air Fryer master race, lol
Im down 40 in about 4 months, but added time restricted eating. 16-18 hour “fasts” everyday.
