The video included in the link you provided makes it clear (as clear as a video can) that chlorine dioxide -- used appropriately -- is both safe and broadly effective for combatting viral and bacterial infections, malaria, and many other things.
Until now, I didn't think I had a dog in this hunt. The other day I was just arguing abstractly that the "chlorine" concentrations involved were no larger than those used for drinking water. I didn't know whether it was otherwise safe, or whether it did anything useful.
Unless this video is a complete lie, the "miracle" in Miracle Mineral Solution is well-deserved.
