Q is a single 1 person source high up in the executive branch.
Anons are various and numberous people within branches of the government.
There is also no such thing as a POTUS Biden, or a VP Harris.
Not exactly sure about Senator Schumer or Speaker Pelousi but the possibility is there that nether of them have been elected legally.
