I do not agree with (most) Wuhan conspiracy theories - but I believe not that the government/Deep State is trying to induce panic over COVID, but rather that they are IN A STATE OF PANIC OVER COVID, not justified by the facts on the ground.

The question is why?

I believe the virus begins in Bethesda. Lots of people in the government know bits and pieces of the story, but few know the whole truth.
