Thing is, “got over it” inoculation isn’t governable. It cannot be an objective bureaucratic checkbox. Demonstrating you “had it” is hard to legislators/executives. A “jab”, however, is easy: certified doc/nurse/pharmacist certifies a certified object was injected in a certified way, so a certified bureaucrat can print a certified form stating you’ve been certified Covid-proof (well, never mind that pesky minority who get it anyway...).
