I agree. Just think of the headaches and infrastructure money and the like to track vaxed and testing and the worry about pissing off maybe 30% of their workforce? I don’t think so.
Reality is they will enforce it out of fear. The panic about Covid is palpable. I am newly retired, but last year we were working in one of those necessary fields. My company worked every job that they could from home. I had to physically be at my desk, but I was behind locked doors, which were behind keypad doors with only 2 or 3 other on site staff having access. And this was a company that was old school conservative. I was the only non catholic in the building.
