Exactly. If/when a mandate lands on my head, I will file a formal HR complaint against whoever in the company is putting forth the mandate - right up to the President of the company. Really I anticipate it will be who-ever sends out the email. But I will put it on record with HR that it violates company policy and my rights. Then I will seek a (completely justified) medical exception. Then I will make them fire me. Then I will sue them over firing me because of a medical condition. I may be retiring earlier than anticipated.
Hr people are super tied into the Obama legal system. Why do you think there are so many laws, everyone is a lawbreaker. Smart ones will never fire you over the vaccine.
