Apparently you have a computer and access to the internet. I would suggest to read up all you can find on Lactic Acidosis and what you should know. The indication of yours about the lactic acid burn even at minimal exertion provide a clue to what may be an underlying problem and if I be you I would follow up on it. I think with some tests you might get to the bottom of it. Well, just a thought and needless to say wishing you the best of luck.
I’ve been tested for it- there is a condition called lactic acidosis i think is the name, but it woudl show up on tests- the burning feeling feels like that, but likely isn’t- I think it is that the muscles aren’t getting the fuel they need because of some kind of mitochondrial dysfunction- and the pain it causes feels like a burning pain-
I’ve come to suspect Chronic fatigue, which one of the symptoms is burning muscles, and exercise intolerance- (muscles burn and hurt with minimal exertion)- the only thing is i don’t have any of the ‘trigger points’ that supposedly go along with Chronic Fatigue- Nor do i have the “Tender Points’ that go along with Fibromylagia - so not 100% certain what is goign on-
oh, and thanks for the well wishes- it’s been a long hard road to travel- I was kinda hoping i na way it was from the herpes virus, as there are things that can be taken for it to calm it down, and hopefully calm down the Chronic Fatigue too- IF that is what i have and what is causing it
