Article 134, article 92 just to name two. Now that the FDA has approved the Pfizer with a BLA it most certainly is a lawful order to receive that vaccination. Just like a recruit in basic cannot say no to the dozen other vaccines we were given on day one. There is a reason the military waited till the BLA was approved it makes the Pfizer identical to all the other required vaccinations for military service. We had four guys refuse in my unit the anthrax which at the time was under a EUA all four were given BCD discharges all four appealed and all four lost that appeal. That was for a EUA drug the Pfizer has a BLA and is no diffrent than the MMR , and meningitis vaccinations that the military gives on day one. Once Secdef says it’s mandatory it’s lawful all the way down to recruits due to the FDA approval. That’s just how it works.

Comiranty is the only approved vaccine.
It is still unavailable.

Pfizer, Moderna and J&J are all still under EUA.
