The fact that it “turns them on” is the problem, they are already mentally ill…it’s why the poor person got themselves into the situation that led to them being murdered.

As I thought about it more it is like sex without consent. If a man has sex with a woman who thinks he is female I wonder what the judge’s reaction would be? 20 years seems like a lot. The jury should have received double pay to have to listen to the judge’s virtue signaling.
