I wonder if all you need is a legal agreement drawn up by a lawyer that the company and its future assignees assume all responsibility for damages and future medical expenses due the mandated vaccine injection.
That would have to be signed by a company officer or the owner of the company.
I suspect if requiring that as a condition of taking the jab. Someone would be shitting bricks.

Pretty dumb idea. Have you even dealt with HR before? They would be laughing their butts off as you pack up your desk if you try and force them to sign this “contract”.
