He did say that the vaccinated are fully protected, then he says this. The “speech” was full of hypocrisies.
He actually said the vaccine doesn’t keep you safe from getting COVID-19. It only keeps you from getting a serious case.

Not so much. That said, from what I’ve been reading vaccinated people currently have better odds of staying out of the hospital and much better odds of staying out of the ICU if one’s health foot print puts them in the danger zone.
