…as none of us are free of sin, I guess all of has “virtue signaled” at one time or another without intent. You called this one right. I sound like I think I’m better than everybody because I won’t eat there. That’s no reason to drag my wife and kids thru the mud though. I also won’t go into Target, Starbucks, Whole Foods or any other woke organization. When McDonald’s gave into the 1st Beast some years ago (Obama’s beard) and came up with “healthy alternatives” I vowed to never go again. I’d love me a Fish Filet with extra tarter sauce but I won’t do it. Sorry to make such an egregious error as to “virtue signal”. Oh. And also, their “food” is nasty along with their employees. Ray Croc never would’ve allowed the rudeness or filthy conditions that I’ve witnessed.

Not at my McDonald’s. Food I order is fine, and the employees not rude at all, and more than willing to respond to requests for extra condiments, etc. Also, they have a girl there who’s sole job is to keep the place CLEAN. And, there’s another employee who’s sole job is to keep the exterior, parking lots, trash cans, windows, grass, etc. well cared for. The shop you speak of must be in the ‘hood!
That was always one of the selling points of McDonald’s for people on long road trips, you knew the bathrooms would be clean, as opposed to most rest stations, so when you had to make a pit stop, it made sense to just go to McDonald’s and get some food also while you were at it.
