When ever I see fact checkers not providing links, and telling me what to think, my reaction is to look up the original sources.

The Vietnamese study at SSRN: Transmission of SARS-CoV-2 Delta Variant Among Vaccinated Healthcare Workers, Vietnam

The Defender article about the study: Study: Fully Vaccinated Healthcare Workers Carry 251 Times Viral Load, Pose Threat to Unvaccinated Patients, Co-Workers

Not drawing conclusions, only providing source info.

It looks like, a highly vaccinated population, you are more likely to contract COVID from a vaccinated person than unvaccinated; and in spite of unsupported statement that viral load is cleared faster in vaccinated than in unvaccinated, this is is contrary to observation that a vaccinated person with “milder” symptoms, i.e. clinically not apparent, is more likely to wander about to more places than an unvaccinated person who is likely to isolate, willingly or unwillingly, due to being sick. So the superspreader on this data is not less likely to be the vaccinated person.
