The empty shell will show up - walk around - say what he’s been told to say - pose for photos that look sort of like he cares and the leave.
And the media will laud him for showing up and allegedly taking charge, and directing federal disaster aid to the victims.
He may even parrot some words about how global warming caused all this damage. We’ll see what lines they feed him to say.
